You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that the value of your assets may fluctuate significantly. Willmax does not guarantee any returns or profits.
05Fees
Willmax charges fees for certain transactions and services. Current fee schedules are available in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
06Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Willmax for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the platform's operation, or use automated tools to access our services without permission. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Willmax does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willmax and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Willmax platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Willmax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
